MAY 2012 FITNESS CLASSES SCHEDULE
Aqua Natal: Every Sunday at 9am
Aqua Natal is breathing, bonding relaxation and gentle physical exercise in water for pregnant women. Enjoy the wonderful feeling of weightlessness in the water and reduce pregnancy related discomfort.
Class Prices:
Members: AED75 per class
Visitors: AED100 per class
Pilates: Every Monday and Thursday at 9am
Pilates is a low impact workout designed to strengthen and lengthen the muscles of the body. It combines challenging, deep core exercise progressions with relaxing techniques, enabling you to transform your body and achieve harmony and satisfaction.
Aqua Fitness: Every Wednesday at 9am
A great water workout. Experience amazing cardiovascular conditioning and muscular strengthening. Ideal for all levels of fitness.
Deep Aqua Power: Every Sunday at 10am
This high intensity class will challenge your movements and work your cardiovascular system. It is for those who have been exercising and are looking for more challenged aqua class to get in shape and lose weight.
Power Bar: Every Monday and Wednesday at 8:15am
Cardio-barbell weight training to get your body toned and heart pumping. Designed to increase muscle strength, suitable for all fitness levels.
Bums & Tums: Every Sunday and Tuesday at 6pm
A specific class dedicated to focus on abs, thighs and glutes with some cardio for extra calorie burning!
Kids Yoga: Every Wednesday at 5pm
This class gives kids the opportunity to build strength, flexibility, coordination, to express creativity and work in teams in a non-competitive way. It is a wonderful opportunity to introduce the benefits of fitness to children in a safe, enjoyable, playful format.
Boot Camp: Every Monday at 6pm

Yi Lu Quan: Every Tuesday at 6:15pm
A martial art fitness class that incorporates balance, flexibility, power and speed into fun exercise. (click here to view flyer)
Cardio Kick: Every Sunday at 7pm
An exhilarating aerobic workout using a series of non-contact martial arts and boxing moves.This one hour class is set to fabulously motivating, high energy music tracks that keep you fired up.
Zumba: Every Tuesday at 9am
Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Zumba program is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness party that is moving millions of people toward joy and health.

Country Club Members: Free
Just Gym Members: AED30 per class
Visitors: AED50 per class
Kids Swimming Classes
Advanced level: Every Sunday and Tuesday at 4:30pm
Intermediate level: Every Sunday and Tuesday at 5pm
Beginners & babies: Every Sunday and Tuesday at 5:30pm
Class Prices:

Visitors: AED75 per class
Private Swimming Lesson for Kids and Adults

Members: AED90 per class
Visitors: AED120 per class
